What began as our favorite dessert to serve at intimate family celebrations slowly turned into something much bigger. We realized guests weren't just looking forward to the pancakes. They were gathering around the experience, the warmth, and the joy of sharing something special together.
They say the way to someone's heart is through their stomach, and for us, that has always felt true. "Con amor" is more than part of our name. It's the heart behind everything we do. We believe when something is prepared with intention, warmth, and care, guests can feel it long before the first bite.
Inspired by the tradition of sobremesa, the moments spent lingering around the table after a meal, we believe the sweetest moments happen when people slow down, laugh a little longer, and enjoy being together.
Somehow, something so "mini" became one of the biggest parts of our celebrations. From my family's tradition to your celebration, I would be honored to share our favorite dessert with the people you love most.
